Turning and turning in the widening gyre | The falcon cannot hear the falconer | Things fall apart; the centre cannot hold | Mere anarchy is loosed upon the world | The blood-dimmed tide is loosed, and everywhere | The ceremony of innocence is drowned | The best lack all conviction, while the worst | Are full of passionate intensity. -- W.B.
Without further information than John Stanton's report herein, it sounds like Revlon on the same old sow with the same swineherds overseeing the pigpens.

By the way, McNeil Technologies has had an enduring relationship to HTS and HTS managers. For example,

At least they are taking the advice that I and a colleague gave them following my after-Afghanistan report (i.e., break out of the commuter campus syndrome). By the way, that is "Roanridge Road." The way they were operating the residential part of the training before was counter to team formation and teammate-spiritedness among those who had not trained as a team or in the same cycle. In the same cycle, people split to different locations after classes, did little or no homework together, socialized at different locations, developed distinct cliques for better or worse that endured into the field and promoted Ku Klux Klan-like communiques in cyberspace when close-proximity backbiting was not possible. The lack of social psychological savvy from the get-go concocted a recipe for failure.
